People Serving People: The Birthday Party Project

September 28, 2015

in Ages 12+, Ages 16+, Ages 18+, Children and Teens, Families, Special Events

We do monthly birthday parties at People Serving People (the largest family shelter in the Twin Cities). Our parties are on the 3rd Friday of each month from 6-8. Volunteers help set up, clean up, and most importantly have fun with the kids and families. All supplies are provided. You have the option of purchasing a birthday gift for a specific child–a great way to get your younger kids involved. We are the local chapter of the national organization The Birthday Party Project.

To sign up you must go to the website…www.thebirthdaypartyproject.org, fill out a background check, and then you can request to sign up for the dates for the MPLS parties.
