Private Volunteer Event: The Sheridan Story

March 7, 2018

in Age Groups, Ages 12 and under, Ages 12+, Ages 16+, Ages 18+, Homeless and Hunger Needs

Over 200,000 children in the state of Minnesota live in food insecurity and do not always know if they will receive their next meal. The Sheridan Story’s purpose is to respond to this need by closing the weekend food gap between Friday and Monday, when children are not able to participate in the free or reduced meal programs at school.

We work right here in Minnesota. Most of our work is in the Twin Cities area, but we work in greater Minnesota, as well!

Set up a day and time to participate in a volunteer event with only people you know – closed toe shoes please! We typically only schedule these events to take place during business hours (9am-4pm).

Location: 2723 Patton Road, Roseville, MN 55113
Ages: 8+
Date(s): August – April
Time(s): 9-4pm
Contact: Jonathan Turner –
Time Commitment: Varies
