Food Shelf

GET INSPIRED WITH THE POSSIBILITIES & WE’LL HELP YOU FIND YOUR ROLE!

There’s nothing quite like the magic of volunteering alongside friends, family members or co-workers. Interfaith Outreach has year-round opportunities for individuals, high school students, families, civic groups, corporations, faith communities and friends to make a lasting impact together. We also have opportunities for you to do on your own at a time and place convenient for you. We can help you find ways to volunteer and stay true to your goals and values through a wide variety of needs: Resale Select, Food Shelf, Youth & Education, Transportation/Rides, and Family Support Services.

The food shelf is the core of PRISM’s programming, and it can only run smoothly with a fantastic team of volunteers. Welcome participants to the Marketplace food shelf, give guidance as needed, provide check-out services when participants have finished shopping and maintain clean and organized marketplace.  There is something for everyone in the food shelf!
